About the Role

As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years' experience in pump and rotating products for the job of Business Development Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include: 
Report directly to Managing Director
Identify and secure new project contracts in the Oil and Gas and Energy sectors to drive business growth in the sectors.
Define, plan, and execute sales strategies for major capital-intensive projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners such as EPC companies, Contractors, Consultants, and End users.
Tracking of company initiatives to achieve company objectives
Mentoring and developing the Business Development team
