About the Role

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Drive business development in Italy: identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities and new markets
  • Act as product expert for passive components
  • Enable and support distributor FAEs and sales teams through joint visits, technical consulting, and local commercial support
  • Deliver technical product trainings to distributors and FAE community, highlighting technological trends and USPs of push products
  • Coordinate and manage design-in activities at end customers in partnership with distributors, ensure project follow-up and conversion
  • Understand customer requirements (commercial and technical), nurture relationships, and provide solution-oriented advice
  • Maintain and establish long-term relationships with distributors and end customers while ensuring open communication with internal stakeholders
