JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to develop and execute the organization’s donor acquisition and new business strategy, driving sustainable new donor growth across multiple channels.

This role oversees Face-to-Face (F2F), Telemarketing and Multi-Channel Campaign Acquisition, ensuring that new supporters are acquired efficiently, ethically, and in alignment with the organization’s mission and values.​
