About the Role

The Business Development Manager is responsible for achieving significant long term sales growth and customer satisfaction along with managing the overall customer relationship with the assigned and prospective accounts for Sensata's electrification product portfolio. This role has a strong focus on developing a strong and consistent pipeline of new business in Electrification / Battery protection environment (current and New account). This employee will work as a primary contact for assigned accounts, including engineering, purchasing, quality, manufacturing and other areas. This employee coordinates involvement of other team members as needed. Responsible for all business development and sales at assigned accounts and achieving significant sales and profit growth to meet or exceed goals set by the Sales Manager while achieving superior supplier ratings.
