What To Expect

Tesla is seeking a Business Development Manager, Finance and Development in Latin America. This role will be responsible for (1) developing financial solutions to solve project finance roadblocks and enable BESS hardware sales, and (2) acquiring and developing BESS projects to showcase Tesla technology. They will leverage Tesla’s balance sheet, energy market expertise, and technology leadership to enable sales of Megapack, Tesla’s grid-scale storage product. This unique role will manage a pipeline of both financing and development opportunities, using creative structures to unlock new markets and use cases.

Successful candidates will have experience in energy project finance in Latin America, with a strong track record of project success, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams, thriving in a fast-paced work environment with diverse colleagues.
