About the Role
We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager based on our HQ offices, The BDM will be working based in Shenzhen, and will oversee Promate business operations in East Asia markets.
He will serve as the custodian of the products offering in the country under his control and is responsible for ensuring that all activities in relation to sales and business development issues are consistent with the brand image and proven methodologies.
The BDM is responsible for everything pertaining to the Retailer account he is managing, including, Sales, Marketing, Merchandizing, Training, Store Management, Promoter team Management, Customer Service, budgets etc.; Overall, He must be a person who has more than a financial interest and understands what makes a company with a brand to grow.
Requirements:•No less than 5 years of practical retail, ecommerce and distribution sales experience in the East Asia markets.
