What will you do
Onboard travel agents onto our
platform through calls and
meetings.
Assist agents with KYC (Know
Your Customer) document
collection and completion.
Facilitate visa applications for
agents' clients, including gathering
necessary documents and
submitting them to relevant
authorities.
Provide excellent customer service
to travel agents and their clients.
Assist with other administrative
tasks related to agent onboarding
and visa processing.
What will you need
Prior 3- 8 years of experience in the travel
industry (highly preferred).
Familiarity with outbound tourism and travel
agent operations (a plus).
