About the Role
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Perform effective market analysis and develop winning business development strategy Drive sales initiatives and new design win effectively to meet/exceed sales target. Manage Sales Performance and Customer Satisfaction indicator with effective trigger of action plan for timely gap closure.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the full spectrum of business development functions.
- Lead Business Development process from marketing->quotation ->design finalization->prototype->NPI->quality
- To monitor market trend & develop market analysis/strategies, discovering and exploring new business opportunities.
- Plan and strategize current business operation against new and future business model.
- Responsible for providing leadership and vision in the sales functions and ensuring that all plans and programs are effectively implemented.
