About the Role
Role: Drive revenue growth by securing new projects and managing client relationships.
Job Scope:
- Identify new opportunities in construction/engineering sectors.
- Manage tenders, Expression of Interests, and proposals (coordinate with tech team).
- Identify market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer requirements to drive business growth.
- Create and implement strategies to secure new contracts and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute action plans for aftermarket business growth and marketing campaigns.
- Build relationships with developers, contractors, and consultants.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain pipeline reports.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirement:
- Degree in Business/Engineering. 5+ years exp in Engineering/Construction sales in Malaysia.
