About the Role
Job Summary
One of our clients is looking for dynamic, aggressive, and results-driven Business Development Manager with strong ADNOC and EPC exposure to aggressively grow the company’s oil & gas business. The role is responsible for business development, supplier onboarding, strategic partnerships, and KPI-driven agreement closures, while also leading, mentoring, and supervising junior team members to ensure a high-performance and positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Development & Market Growth
•Drive aggressive business development strategies aligned with ADNOC and EPC project pipelines.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, suppliers, and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain a strong, measurable opportunity pipeline.
• Actively engage with EPC contractors, ADNOC end users, consultants, and key decision-makers. - Supplier Identification & Onboarding (Core KPI)
