(RWA) and institutional-grade crypto infrastructure.

We’re looking for a senior Business Development Manager to lead exchange listings,

institutional engagement, and regional distribution strategy , while managing regional business developers across key markets.

This is a hands-on role for someone who has done real listings, closed real deals, and

understands how distribution actually works .

What You’ll Do

Own end-to-end token listing strategy across Tier-1, Tier-2, and regional CEXs

Lead negotiations with exchange BD, listing, compliance, and risk teams

Structure listing terms, liquidity setups, and launch programs

Coordinate internally on tokenomics, legal, compliance, and technical readiness
