About the Role
Clay Crew is building the Philippines' modern tennis ecosystem, connecting players, coaches, and clubs through technology. We are looking for a Business Development Intern who will be on the ground helping us grow our network of partner clubs, coaches, and players. If you love tennis and enjoy interacting with people, this role is for you.
What you will do
- Visit tennis clubs around Metro Manila to introduce Clay Crew and onboard partners
- Build relationships with club managers, coaches, and players
- Assist in organizing tennis sessions, events, and small community activities
- Conduct field research and gather insights about tennis demand and club operations
- Represent Clay Crew during club visits with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Support growth initiatives in marketing, product feedback, and user engagement
Who we are looking for
- Excellent communication skills in both Filipino and English
