About the Role

Job Description


Location: Chennai, Hyderabad and Pune.


As part of the Inside Sales team, you will focus on the North American market. Your primary responsibilities include:

Planning - Develop detailed plans for the upcoming quarters. Map target accounts based on research and Srinsoft's expertise


Market Research

o Analyze target industries and companies

o Identify pain points, focus areas, and IT initiatives

o Prepare targeted outreach document


Warm Calling - Focus on meaningful, well-researched outreach instead of generic cold calls

Email Outreach - Craft personalized emails to engage targeted accounts using prior research

Social Media Engagement - Follow and interact with prospects, keeping track of their updates and posts
