About the Role
**Job Objective**:
The primary functions are to actively discover fresh business prospects by identifying potential partners, employing an exhaustive market mapping approach, conducting comprehensive prospecting, establishing deep relationships, creating strong value propositions, skillfully negotiating deals, and effectively leading a team of sales professionals to successfully achieve our organizational goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow Chubb's business partnerships in Latin America.
- Influentially lead, manage, train and support a team of local business development managers, empowering them to surpass and outperform their goals.
- Conduct market mapping and analysis to identify and nurturing a source of Prospects in all the countries and ensuring a correct process of profiling them and their key leaders.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at major prospects and partners in the Region.
