Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive service sales and business development for ISO consulting services targeting domestic and international clients
  • Identify and bring them in as potential clients, onboard new customers
  • Manage existing client accounts to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships
  • Identify new services or products that can be offered to clients and collaborate with technical teams to bring them to market
  • Foster a high-performing sales culture and ensure team success in meeting targets
