• Aiding the regional sales office in carrying out business-related tasks, including but not limited to:
• Provide direct support to the sales department and coordinate among Key Account Managers representing diverse regions, customers, and laboratories.
• Organize customer information, marketing materials, etc., and support BD in scheduling visits/meetings and other associated agendas.
• Oversee the summary and analysis of regional business reports.
• Follow up on the latest industry knowledge relating to business, and draft relevant news on time.
• Be earnest and responsible for one's task, with good communication and coordination skills.
• Follow up or remind Sales office to follow up contract signing or issue PO by clients, issue work order, monitor the onboarding survey process/reporting process, send report to clients, invoice submission and collection.
