About The Role: We are looking for a driven and business‑minded Business Development Executive to join our team at RHB Insurance Berhad. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Branch Manager to grow business profitability, manage portfolios effectively, and strengthen relationships with agencies, business partners, and clients. You will also help develop and implement strategies that drive market expansion, improve productivity, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

• Support the Branch Manager in formulating and implementing marketing strategies to maximize business potential through the Agency channel
