We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team in Sofitel Brisbane Central. As a key player in our organisation's growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving sales performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through networking, telemarketing, and client engagement.
- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring retention, repeat business, and maximized revenue through cross-selling and upselling hotel services.
- Conduct appointments, site inspections, familiarisations, and sales trips; represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and sporting functions.
