Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Director to support IQ‑EQ’s Greater China Sales function. This role focuses on direct selling and cross-selling to Private Wealth clients — including family offices, multi‑family offices, institutions and UHNW individuals while contributing to the continuous improvement of global sales processes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identify new business opportunities through research, market intelligence and creative sourcing aligned to current strategic priorities.
  • Research and engage potential leads across multiple locations to support effective business development trips.
  • Develop a strong understanding of prospective clients’ business models and needs to prepare accurate, tailored fee proposals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
