Business Development Director - Insurance

Overview

Version 1 is seeking a commercially driven and domain-knowledgeable Business Development Director to accelerate our growth across the Insurance sector, with a focus on Life & Pensions and Property & Casualty segments. This role will drive pipeline origination, build executive-level relationships, and lead go-to-market strategies across insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and administrators in the UK and Ireland.

The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge of insurance value chains, emerging digital and data-driven capabilities, and the ability to position solutions that solve for core system modernization, customer experience, risk optimization, regulatory compliance, and claims transformation.
