Business Development Director

Role : Executive leader defining corporate strategy and securing mega-projects.

Job Scope :

Develop long-term growth strategy and enter new markets (e.g., Data Centers, Infrastructure).

Forecast sales, prepare budgets, and monitor expenditures to meet financial targets.

Form joint ventures/consortia to participate in major tenders; negotiate with corporate executives and the government.

Represent company at industry events; act as brand ambassador.

Lead and mentor the business development team; report to Board on strategy and revenue.

Requirement:

Degree in Engineering/MBA preferred. 12-15 years exp, with 8+ years in senior leadership.

Deep understanding of corporate finance, contract law, and risk management in the context of large-scale engineering projects.

Strong business acumen with experience in Profit & Loss management and strategic planning.
