WHAT'S THE JOB?
We’re seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Co‑op student to join our Sales Enablement team for the Spring/Summer term. This role is ideal for a student who enjoys research, data analysis, storytelling through insights, and contributing to high‑impact materials that support business development. The successful candidate will work closely with operational leaders, sales teams, and subject matter experts across the organization.
Gather and analyze operational and performance data to support the development of client case studies.
Conduct research on industry trends within facilities management and the built environment.
Support the development of sector insights across education, government, and commercial sectors.
Help identify strong success stories from Dexterra’s client accounts.
Conduct internal interviews with operational leaders to gather project insights.
