- Establish and develop business model, sales strategies 1. Annual and Medium -Term Plan 3-5 years 2. sales target (Volume, Revenue, Margin, and Price),
- Budgetary, branding, and marketing plan for Domestic Business and International Business - Plan, develop, manage and drive sales, Domestic and international business, branding and marketing activities aligned with company policy, goal and timeframe.
- Explore and analyse potential global market both distribution and project segments.
- Research and analyse sales channel, market coverage, customer behaviours, requirements and competitors.
- Track, monitor and report situation (monthly and management review) and performance.
- Build long term relationships with customers and business partners to improve satisfaction ratings
