Morrison Financial Services Limited is a boutique financial services company and private asset manager founded in 1987. Since that time, we have grown organically through the development and delivery of specialized lending products. These lending programs include but are not limited to mortgage lending for residential development and construction projects across Ontario and lending to condominium corporations / stratas for capital repairs and reserve fund shortfalls. To date, Morrison Financial has funded over $1.6B across its various programs and we expect continued growth across our business.
