The Business Development Associate will be responsible for managing distributor relationships, tracking sales and distribution KPIs, supporting trade marketing initiatives, and ensuring execution excellence across markets. The role requires strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
