About the Role
We are looking for a
motivated Business Development Associate
with
3–6 months of hands-on experience
(internship or full-time).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients via Upwork, LinkedIn and email.
- Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update CRM/leads data
- Support senior BD team in proposals and client communication
- Coordinate meetings and ensure timely follow-ups
- Understand company services and effectively communicate value to prospects
Requirements:
- 3–6 months experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in client interaction
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead generation
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
