The Opportunity
:This role focuses on delivering responsive, templated service to a large portfolio of low-touch RPs. This role balances automation and care to ensure long-tail partners receive adequate guidance, servicing existing Recruitment Partner accounts through inbound calls and inquiries through a central que system. The Business Development Associate is responsible for maintaining partner satisfaction, resolving issues that come through a central ticketing system.
What You’ll Be Doing Every Day:
Quality Assurance: Handle inbound calls and inquiries to help guide and support recruitment partners to improve the quality and volume of international applicants.
Customer Service: Address partner inquiries and resolve issues promptly by providing product and service information.
