We are looking for a dedicated Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive to join our growing business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant job opportunities on Upwork and LinkedIn, writing winning proposals, and converting leads into long-term clients for our digital and IT services.
Key Responsibilities
Daily bidding on relevant projects on Upwork and LinkedIn (and similar platforms if required).
Identify and engage with potential clients through LinkedIn lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups.
Write customized, persuasive proposals tailored to each client's specific requirements.
Communicate effectively with prospects to understand project scope, requirements, and timelines.
