We’re looking for a battle-tested Business Development Virtual Professional who can drive growth through outreach, partnerships, and referral generation for a fast-growing painting and home improvement company.
This isn’t an entry-level gig. You’ll take charge, build meaningful relationships, and create a steady inflow of qualified opportunities across Commercial Repaints, Realtor Referrals, and Trade Alliances. You’ll operate with high initiative and reliability—keeping CRM data clean, campaigns active, and opportunities flowing.
You’ll help a trades-based business grow smarter, not harder—creating predictable pipelines, expanding market presence, and strengthening relationships that drive recurring work and long-term loyalty.
We don’t babysit. And neither will you.
