The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring projects through Upwork, Fiver and other freelance platforms by writing targeted proposals, communicating with international clients, and converting leads into long-term projects. This role requires a basic understanding of Flutter services, client needs, and proposal strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the company's Upwork/Fiver profile.
Identify and bid on Flutter-related projects (mobile apps, MVPs, cross-platform apps) on a daily basis.
Write high-quality, customized proposals aligned with Flutter client requirements.
Understand client requirements such as features, timelines, tech stack, and budget.
