- 3+ years experience with decision-support systems and/or data platforms
- 3+ years experience in requirements analysis
- Experience translating regulations into IT requirements (e.g., Solvency II, Basel, GDPR)
- Ability to act as a project manager and independently run analyses
- Strong stakeholder communication and analytical skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance processes
