Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Associate to drive B2B OTC crypto transactions, focusing on large-ticket Trades, corporate clients, and institutional counterparties.
This role is responsible for originating, structuring, negotiating, and closing OTC deals, while ensuring full compliance with regulatory, AML, and internal risk frameworks.
