Business Controller

1) Business Performance Management
• Lead business controlling activities including financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and follow up on business performance versus targets.
• Conduct detailed financial forecasts based on business performance, provide on trail early warnings for all departments, and ensure timely mitigation actions.
 2) Strategic Business Partnering
• Act as a trusted finance business partner to the GM and management team, supporting strategic and operational decision making.
• Optimize product cost structure from a business oriented perspective to support competitiveness and profitability.
3) Financial Governance & Compliance
• Ensure strong financial governance, internal controls, and compliance with Atlas Copco policies, Code of Conduct, “The Way We Do Things”and local regulations.
