About the Role

The Business Controller will act as a strategic partner to the management team, providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making, improve performance, and ensure financial integrity across operations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis 
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
Analyze variances between actuals, budget, and forecasts, and provide actionable insights.
Controlling & Reporting 
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and group-level stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and group reporting standards.
Business Partnering 
Collaborate with operational departments (production, purchasing, R&D) to monitor KPIs and drive cost efficiency.
Support investment decisions and project evaluations with financial modeling and ROI analysis.
