Provide finance and tax advice to Asset, Transaction, and Portfolio Management teams to support investment growth.Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts and conduct ad hoc financial analysis.Support the transaction process for real-estate properties, including acquisitions, disposals, and financial and tax due diligence.Collaborate with the transaction team on deal structuring and financial arrangements.Prepare and negotiate loan agreements with external lenders and monitor compliance.Ensure tax compliance of investment structures and assist in asset budget and forecasting procedures.
