Business Continuity Analyst

The Business Continuity Analyst is responsible for the implementation of ISO 22301 to all SM Supermalls and the analysis of its effectiveness to protect the company’s revenue streams and profitability.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and update the reports, manuals, guidelines, policies, and procedures for BCMS and Enterprise Risk Management.
• Review the mall’s BCMS documents e.g. Context of the Organization, Legal and Regulatory Requirements, Business Impact Analysis, etc. following ISO 22301 standards and company policies.
• Test the feasibility of the mall’s Business Continuity Plans and provide feedback through Performance Evaluation Reports.
