Business Analyst with Fluent Spanish

Job Title: Business Analyst Location: São Paulo Brazil Onsite Job Description: • Lead business and data analysis for FX processes; produce functional specs and process maps. • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and requirements. • Collaborate with Product Owner and Dev team to prioritise backlog and manage dependencies. • Support or perform Scrum Master-related tasks when needed to ensure smooth delivery. • Coordinate testing, releases and measure impact through KPIs. Requirements • ~3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT environments. • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments. • Proactive attitude with strong ownership and effective stakeholder communication skills. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams; exposure to Scrum Master responsibilities is a plus. • Professional English required.
