The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex requirements into scalable Appian workflows and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Map current vs. target-state processes and define Appian aligned solutions.
• Collaborate with Appian developers to ensure clarity of requirements and solution feasibility.
