About the Role
Business Analyst – Spanish Spoken Location: 150 King Street, 26th floor or 2201 Eglinton Ave East Ecosystem 4. Manager is flexible.
Work arrangement: Hybrid – 2-3 days in office Tuesdays and Thursdays preferred
Scheduled Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm
Typical Day in Role
Working sessions with business, technology, and operations SMEs to understand and document system/process flows
Manage the deliverables to meet target timelines
Manage agile delivery board for tracking deliverables
Assemble PowerPoint slides for executive and peer presentation
Design stimulation exercises for resiliency activities
Identify process assistance gaps and collaborate with SMEs for enhancement options
Collaborate with developers, architects, operation managers, and business product owners/managers to come up with solutions
