Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in supporting our technology transformation journey. You’ll work closely with engineers, project managers, and business stakeholders to bridge the gap between legacy systems and our modern target architecture. This is a hands-on role where you’ll quickly develop a deep understanding of our systems and products, document and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, and help ensure projects run smoothly by removing obstacles and maintaining momentum.

To succeed, you’ll bring at least five years’ experience as a Business Analyst—ideally within financial services—and a strong grasp of both technical systems and business processes.
