Position: Business Consultant (Mandarin Speakers)

Working Arrangement: Fully in-office

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize solutions, conduct research and development on leading practices, and contribute innovative ideas while working with both internal and client teams.
• Gather, analyze, and manage user requirements to recommend suitable solutions to clients.
• Assist in conducting workshops and presentations for various client levels.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including user requirements, functional requirement documents, test scripts, user guides, and training materials.
• Support functional testing to ensure the system meets business requirements.
• Assist or act as Test Manager to develop software testing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure functional requirements are accurately implemented in the application.
