Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and validate business and functional requirements before development begins
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements discussions to define delivery scope and priorities
- Manage requirement changes and assess impact across timelines, scope, and delivery expectations
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout delivery
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
