About the Role
Perfaware is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst - Retail Technology with a strong focus on enterprise eCommerce and Order Management projects using Salesforce or IBM Sterling. As Business Analyst - Retail Technology, you will play a pivotal role in translating complex business requirements into functional solutions that optimize digital commerce and supply chain workflows for our global retail clients. You will be working closely with the Business Owners, Product Owner, PMO office, Cross-Functional and Engineering teams.
REQUIRED SKILL SET
- 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant for Retail /SupplyChain/CPG customers
- 1+ years’ Agile / Scrum experience
- 3+ years of experience in Retail and eCommerce domain
- Understanding of Order Capture, Order Fulfillment, Inventory, Warehousing, Demand Planning, Store or Call Center functions
