About the Role

What You’ll Do
 :
Business Analysis Responsibilities
Lead the analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements, ensuring all decisions and changes are properly captured.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Translate complex business needs into clear and concise functional requirements and user stories.

Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

Perform gap analysis, root cause assessments, and release readiness reviews for payment system enhancements.

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for payments-related projects and operational improvements.

Support Scrum Master and Project Manager in planning, scoping, and impact analysis for initiatives.
