What You’ll Be Doing at Webby:
- Engage with retail stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Lead the design of retail workflows (POS, CRM, loyalty, inventory, promotions)
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and project managers across the SDLC
