SUMMARY
The Business Analyst is a key role in the Technical Services for the deployment of Hummingbirds PPM solution. They are responsible for understanding the client’s working environment and translating business requirements into functional specifications for platform configuration. They will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, review PMO artifacts, and conduct workshops to assess business needs.
By leading solution workshops and showcasing the platform's capabilities, the BA ensures alignment between client expectations and system configuration. They play a key role in developing Solution Blueprints, answering technical queries, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency within both the Client and Hummingbird’s environments.
