About the Role

Job Description
As a member of our process design and digitalization team in Tires R&D, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing digital workflows into our IT Product & Specification Lifecycle Management systems. By this you are contributing to shape our internal product and technology development processes in strong collaboration with several stakeholders and support the R&D organization with impactful solutions.
Main responsibilities:
Requirement engineering: Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements to gain a detailed and aligned understanding;
Solution design: Translate business requirements concerning digitalization into efficient technical requirements and scalable IT solutions within the R&D system landscape;
Process and workflow optimization: Analyze business processes and ensure workflow harmonization of target requirements across stakeholders during the concept phase;
