Business Analyst

The Business Analyst leads ongoing business requirements activities across multiple digital releases and future planning initiatives. This includes capturing, refining and managing requirements for system configuration updates, workflow changes, portal enhancements, payment functionality and automated communications. The role works closely with process, technical and solution design stakeholders to ensure solutions accurately reflect business needs and support timely, coordinated delivery.
