ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering & AnalysisCollaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.Translate business needs into user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications.Work independently with support from Product Managers.Collaborate with vendor partners and cross‐functional teams.Be expected to work remotely.Process Mapping: Document end‐to‐end workflows for online platforms, including customer journeys, system integrations, and data flows (when required).
