About the Role

  Statement of Work  
  Services:  
 Provide analysis expertise in developing and deploying Business systems enhancements as requested by the user community
 Participate in production support activities as a member of a 2nd level support team
 Support team with business processes and environment to help define the requirements as expected from the business users
 Assist team in the coordination between the business users and scrum team members so that the vendor and our internal teams of production support activities for our financial applications
 Support Quality Assurance efforts including unit test and production deployment
 Help team in applying best practices of Agile methodology within the development team as required
 Assist team to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external counterparts
